An aswesome place to stay

Excellent location. The breakfast is much better than most paid options in other hotels. It was truly marvelous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The cozy pool is perfect for families with children. When we departed, we even received a cup as a souvenir along with a promo code for our next visit. I highly recommend this place!

Hotel is in a great location in the centre of the town. The room was super for a family and the balcony was great and had a beautiful view. Half board was great for family although the breakfast could be improved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

The property was simply amazing.. the room was large and clean, the facilities were well kept, several amenities available, the parking in the garage was $5 euro per day, the ski lift was a 5 minute walk with many restaurants nearby, hiking trails just across the street, outdoor play area within a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend and our family would visit again

We had an incredible stay at Antares during our time in the Dolomites. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made everything so easy, especially with their quick and helpful communication over WhatsApp before and throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, with thoughtful design and attention to detail throughout. It feels modern, welcoming, and perfectly suited to the surrounding mountain scenery. Parking onsite was easy and convenient, which made coming and going for our daily adventures completely stress-free. The pool and spa were absolutely amazing. We really appreciated the scheduled timeslot system—it was well organized, never felt crowded, and made for a relaxing experience every time we visited. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options to start the day before heading out to explore. The location couldn't be better. It was the perfect home base for daily hikes and exploring the incredible Dolomites, with easy access to trails, lifts, and nearby towns. We would absolutely stay at Antares again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located hotel with outstanding service.

Disappointing customer service Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. We accidentally booked the wrong month and noticed the mistake within 24 hours. We immediately contacted Expedia and tried to work with the hotel to correct the dates, as we genuinely wanted to stay at the property. The hotel did not respond to our follow-up messages through Expedia, so we eventually had to reach out through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the communication there demonstrated very little understanding or willingness to help. We completely understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but we were simply hoping for some consideration given that the mistake was caught almost immediately. Even a partial refund or alternative solution would have been appreciated. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and the overall customer service experience. We expected more willingness to work with us, especially since we were trying to find a solution rather than simply canceling. Policies are understandable, but good customer service also means communicating with guests and showing some empathy when an honest mistake occurs. Unfortunately, we did not feel that we received that here.

The lobby and bar are verry luxurious but all the other parts of the hotel are a bit out dated. Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with expedia, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.

Unfortunately we were not able to experience the hotel to its full capacity as I imagine it would have been brilliant. We were not able to make it to the hotel due to no transport available to travel from Cortina to Selva di Val Gardena. We called the hotel to update them of the situation and to cancel the booking. We were not provided with a refund, partial refund, credit or an exchange of dates which is a shame.
