Amazing hotel for great price. Food options every night were great and you have 2 pool options as well as beach access. You also have a minibus a 5 min walk away that gets you into Efes centre so you don’t have to take an expensive taxi!

We had a lovely stay at Richmond Hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for families! 🌴☀️ Although our first impression wasn’t the best, the team really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr Arkin, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns and did his very best to accommodate us and find the best possible solution. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference to our experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with multiple swimming pools, lovely surroundings and plenty of facilities for families. My advice would be not to let your first impression fool you. The team genuinely cares about their guests and will do their utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay. A special thank you again to Mr Arkin for his outstanding hospitality and customer service. We truly appreciate it and would happily recommend this resort to other families! ❤️🌴

you don't need anything from outside..

clean and wide enough rooms, nice balcony and exceptional view, wide range of fresh food, salad bar is fantastic, if you are a very selective person, you will find your choice to eat, pools and the peach are awesome, entertainment team will never let you get bored, many places for children to enjoy their times, all speak English so easy to communicate, price value is reasonable.

This holiday had everything we needed as a 3 generation family. The accommodation, food, entertainment and facilities were excellent. It is a little more dated than som other hotels but that was what really worked for us all. The grounds are beautiful and walking through the gardens was bliss. Really close to the beach and plenty of different areas if you want music, kids fun or peace and quiet. All staff have been friendly, polite and professional. The entertainment and animation team are excellent. They invite to join in and inform you of activities without being pushy or rude. All in all, I would definitely come back and stay again.

We had a good time at Richmond Ephesus. It says all inclusive but the cocktails were not included. They had some really nasty ones and the internet was very slow. The staff were helpful. It wasn’t worth the money.

The food was always good. FYI the bar only has beer, wine, gin and vodka included. So if you like rum or tequila drinks, you could have to pay. They don’t clean your room automatically, you must request it, or put out the door hanger. I recommend getting the foam Turkish bath. It’s a cool experience. We were there at off- peak season, so it was empty. But I could imagine that when it is summer the place would really come alive with lots of activities. One thing that drove us a little crazy: they played the same 6 minute song on repeat literally the entire time. It was meant to be a “background “ song, but we found it too loud, and so repetitive. It plays nonstop in the restaurant and inside the hotel. The pool plays its own music. If you understand English, the hip hop lyrics were quite inappropriate, but maybe the DJ didn’t understand. Overall it was a good stay, and I agree with the 3 star ranking it has. I was glad that we booked a place outside the busyness of Kusadasi. It’s a short bus or taxi ride to Ephesus or to Kusadasi.

The location is convenient and the staff was very nice. It's dated though, the carpet and furnishings are a bit worn. The building is roasting inside, they ought to use A/C in the common areas. Unfortunately on our first night my daughter went to take a bite of salad and a small green worm like insect crawled out of the end of a piece of parsley. This didn't seem to be common with the food, but it turned her off entirely to the fresh food buffets. Better quality control would be good.

Decent budget resort. I would say it's a 3.5 star hotel. Good buffet restaurant. Very limited a la carte dinning. Nice beach with very fine sand. Probably because of the sand the color of the water is dirty brown near the shore.

Awesome week and food but beware of mosquitoes

Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay for a week. Clean and hygienic facility. Food was amazing and service was exceptional. A lot of variety of traditional Turkish and international food choices were available and changes every day. A couple of maintenance issues but resolved right away. As much as we enjoyed our family time we were troubled by mosquitoes. Recommend to bring your own repellent. Really good choice for a family stay.

This hotel follows a standard 3 or 4-star concept, making its classification as a 5-star establishment quite difficult to understand. The rooms and interior appear quite dated, and unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent.

Beach, garden, swimming pools are very nice. Food quality is good. Particularly the breakfast was excellent! However, there are not many dining options. At time when we visited, there was only buffet open. We had a Senior suite and 2 Standard Single rooms. The suite was nice and spacious, however in the Single rooms there were 2 beds and they were pretty small (removing 1 bed would help to create a little more space, also it's expected to be single anyway). No problems with parking. We enjoyed our stay and I can recommend it.

The hotel did not have a good service, the mini bar was not repeated every day, some of the employees had a racial attitude, considering that it was all there, the snacks were very limited, my daughter would stop for several minutes for an ice cream to be served, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms There was no tooth. Calling the reception had no effect on the service process

AC hot and cold is fantastic. swimming pool is wide, nice and clean. the beach is extra amazing. entertainment every night with very efficient teams. amusing. if you travel with children they will never get bored with many places and activities to do. food is an open buffet in the 3 meals. hot. fresh and very delicious. lots of variation. also the spa and the gym. all facilities are nice. no need to go out of this 5 stars resort. frankly. the service we got is higher than the money we paid. I hope they can keep the same level in summer to come back :) my family and myself loved our stay and for sure we will come back again. hopping the hotel will keep this level in all matters.
