Good for short stays

Overall very clean, modern and does all that you need. Breakfast didn't super wide selection but still good. Gym was good enough for alone training.

Nice new hotel with comfortable bed, fast WiFi (250mbps!), and good breakfast! They do have some on-site parking as well but it’s a tight lot, so no trailers.

The ordinary room was awful, so after the first night we upgraded to a suite. In spite of showing the ‘make up room’ tag, the room was not serviced.

Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas! Peace & love, Carrie

So many problems in such short time

We can all make mistakes and I understand that it is not always the fault of the staff if somethings are not working but then at least apologize. Here is a list of what I experienced during my stay from the 15-18 of January. 5x - gave up on finding anyone in the reception although it was supposed to be 24/7 4x - my keycard had to be re-configured because it had stopped working 2x - the sauna was cold 1x - I asked for late checkout but it was not put into the system so the cleaner tried to kick me out of the room 1x breakfast ended at 10.00 but already 9.20 Saturday morning there were no more pancakes, cakes, croissants and cheese Sometimes you got an apology from the staff and other times they seemed not really to care. The bed was soft which is the only positive thing I can say about the hotel unfortunately.

OBJUDET BESÖK PÅ NATTEN! - REKOMENDERAS INTE!!!

Tyvärr så inträffade en sak under min första natt som absolut inte får hända som fick mig att lämna hotellet dagen därpå. Ungefär 01.15 vaknar jag av det blir ljust i rummet när min rumsdörr öppnas! Jag skriker hallå och den stackars gäst som precis är på väg att gå in i mitt rum blir lika rädd som mig då han inte förväntar sig att det redan ska finnas en gäst i det rum han precis fått! Han förklarar att han precis checkat in och och ber mig om ursäkt och försvinner. Min puls är nu så hög att jag beslutar mig för att inte konfrontera receptionen på natten då jag riskerar att säga ett eller flera mindre genomtänkta ord till dem och försöker att somna om. Detta är nu lättare sagt än gjort och jag flyger upp så fort någon annan dörr öppnas i närheten. På morgonen kontaktar jag receptionen som bara säger typ "hoppsan" och det står att du ska jag bo i ett annat rum. En dålig ursäkt och att vi ska skriva en rapport på detta var allt jag fick till svar. Efter att ha passerat receptionen flertal gånger under dagen utan någon kommit med en bättre ursäkt eller förklaring så beslutade jag mig för att checka ut för jag vill inte ha objudet besök en natt till. Aldrig mer! Hotellet rekomenderas INTE!
