“Nice place”

“We made a last minute decision to stay in Canmore for the night while visiting Calgary. We found this resort condo on Expedia for a reasonable price and booked it. Great communication with the manager and easy check in process. The condo was perfect, very clean with little extras like coffee pods. “The place itself is great with lots of room and with a cozy vibe. Unfortunately the check in was not welcoming at all. I lost my credit cards in the mountains haha and the guy was like I am sorry I can’t do anything, leaving us without options, I had to call another friend to use his card ... Anyway we went to the room and it was pretty good but then we had to change the sheets because the were dirty and had hair on them. ”

“Amazinggg place, has everything you need. The place was very clean. Two things to note would be 1) how squeaky one of our beds were which was a little annoying and 2) how I expected a balcony with the shared hot tub included, we didn’t get a balcony but had the access code to the hot tub, so that was confusing. Parking was nearby, instructions for check-in were clear. Overall, compared to other places around there, this place is a good deal.”
