absolutely loved it! the staff was amazing, treated us like royalty and it was beautiful! the Food was amazing and it was our honeymoon and my birthday and the staff remembered everything and made us feel great!!! it was luxury and recommend the swim up pool suite!!! the only thing is the little bugs!!! wear maxi dresses at night! hahaha

Every thing was beautiful the resort is beautiful very clean and very nice staff but I went for my 41 anniversary and I wanted to surprise my husband and I send a message that it was are anniversary and I was every sad 😔 that not a happy anniversary so that was very big because we were celebrating our 41 years anniversary but besides that everything was great

the staff was very nice and professional our housekeeper Magali a very supper nice and professional also Aundy from the barefoot bar to the italian place he serve us quick and very helpful what an extraordinary man. there is some needed night light entertainment and also more golf cars for transportation i was in the preferred building and the walking is brutal after a couple of day. the adult pool entertainment some day was kind of boring. in general a good experience

Third time to DR, first time at this resort. Can’t beat the location, the beach is stunning! The resort was beautiful. Excellent service, great food. Only complaint is none of the hot tubs were hot, rather they were pool temperature or luke warm. I would love to return to this place. I hope the hot tubs are hot next time :-)

Very good service, just a few things. 1. We stayed st the adults side and beign more expensive we all shared the restaurants. So reservations was a must due to many people from both hotels. 2. In DR hotels with natural juices, here all were not. Our butler service was awesome, Jose was excellent

The staff was exceptionally pleasant. Everyone was helpful, friendly and polite. Stephy at The Market Cafe was a sweetheart! She escorted us every morning arm in arm to our seats. Yeimi at Concierge was very helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of from room service to airport transport. The entertainment team was so much fun! Mini Baby, Pucca, the DJ kept us entertained even on a rainy day! Luis at The Hibachi put on a fantastic show and meal! The bar tenders, Erica, Ariana and other servers were all exceptional! Carmen kept our room in mint condition.

This property is amazing with a simple layout for ease of movement around. The spa services I received were top notch. I recommend visiting the spa to everyone when there. The on-property entertainment team are the best in class as they ensured a fun time all day everyday. And last but not least stop by the preferred club pool bar and see Maximus for a delicious cocktail. Tell him I sent you.
