The room was clean. The only issue I had is the ac didn't cool as well as I would have liked. Even thought it was in the 50s outside the room stayed around 65 to 70 degrees even after turning the ac to 60 degrees. The bed was a little stiff but not bad enough to fuss much. It was close to several restaurants and parks. And the price was pretty good compared to other places near

woodspring is a normal motel that is fairly new with good housekeeping. The bed and chair were comfortable. Staff helplful with a small issue that was not of thier making. I wonder if this facility will last very long as there are signs of sketchy construction. As an example, the faucet in our bathroom was not really connected to the sink as the hole for the faucet was far too large and the faucet moved significantly when the water temperature/volume control was moved. The sink stopper was disconnected from the spigot and required fingernails to pull up so the water would drain. Greta location a few blocks off of 520.

Beyond basic room with very few amenities. Suggest bringing your own blanket and pillow. The blanket was more of a sheet and less than ideal. The bed had three pillows for two people which were very flat and the bed was like a board. The Front desk closes early so there was no one to ask for additional bedding. The parking however and location were ideal for our needs. I didn't expect much but the price seemed very high for the quality. The snack & coffee in the lobby were a nice touch.
