Wonderful hotel not too far from downtown Seattle but also in a beautiful neighborhood. Kind of hard to find because of the lack of signage but once you do, they’ll accommodate your needs very well. Checked in late at night and was able to situate a room. Parking lot was easy to access and safe. The trash needed to be collected more often however.

I was skeptical to stay in this property because I saw some negative reviews on Expedia. I had not choice and needed to stay for the night, so I booked. Well, I was pleasantly surprised, room was clean (better than some of the other hotels), staff were friendly, rooms had microwave, coffee maker, etc. Bathroom and towels were clean. I got a room facing the garden and it was peaceful - I slept extremely well. I have to come back this way next week - I have booked myself into this same property for next week.

The property was nice, the room was a basic hotel room, nothing fancy. Only complaint I have, yes I know it’s a pet friendly hotel but they could’ve vacuumed the chair and clean the throw pillows because they were filled with pet hair. Not a lot of options for breakfast. Staff were pretty helpful and friendly. Parking was fine. The food options around this area were pretty good. We dinned at noodle nine two days in a row. It was also very affordable. If you’re looking for a budget friendly option I’d recommend this hotel.
