It was clean, quiet, in a good part of town. Felt safe. Shop, food, drinks one block away. It’s an easy walk DOWN HILL to downtown and all of the touristy things. Takes about 20-25 mins. Kinda sucks when you’re walking back UPHILL

I had an excellent stay! My room was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to find some supplies I needed in the hallway cabinet very easily. It was quiet and relaxing. I felt very safe with the check in codes to the building and my room. The location was very convenient. The only thing I wish I had is a small chair in the room to sit while eating, etc. Otherwise, everything was lovely, and I would definitely come back again!

This was our first time staying in Seattle and honestly, we could not have picked a better place for our stay. The service was amazing, staff were very friendly and willing to help. The environment and room was very clean and organized. It was also very close to the downtown area, Pike Place, the airport and the cruise port. We will definitely recommend it and stay again when in Seattle.

While its clean and modern, what came to mind is that I am in a upscale hostel. Yes, a hostel. Overpriced, no elevator, and the street is loud in the early mornings; why they leave you ear plugs in the room. As a hostel is sufficient for sleep, it usually goes hand in hand with price. Definitely over-priced yet clean and modern, good location. Coming home after 11pm there is many wasted homeless about, I did not feel unsafe but was on high alert.

I rebooked the place cz the first experience was perfect. Now we got a room which is for designed for disabled people.. The bath area was roll-on and just a curtain with very limited space to take a shower. Very less counter space.. couldn't keep more than one bag on the counter. I didn't enjoy the stay cz it was too awkward to use it. Why would they give room for disabled people to normal people even without us asking for such a room and I am very sure I didn't pick such a room while booking.

Excellent location in a vibrant neighborhood, far enough from the waterfront to not feel touristy while close enough to walk there. Several good bars and restaurants in the area.
