I wouldn’t stay there again. Numerous people with keys that didn’t work, mine included. Did not feel safe from the start. Rooms and lobby smelled bad. Loud music and people smoking weed outside…yes we were in Washington so it’s legal.

None of the staff mentioned breakfast. Everything was fine, the rooms were old and a bit dirty, but that's normal for a hotel like this. One man in glasses, probably the manager, is constantly rude to everyone. He doesn't listen to what you say to him and doesn't pay any attention to you at all, he's arrogant and terrible.

The staff were pretty alright. Outlets in room were all loose, not mounted well, it would not hold plugs secured. Room was clean and continental breakfast wasn’t anything great. I had better honestly. We ate elsewhere, sadly.

Staff was very cordial and helpful. The rooms were about what you might expect from a 20+ year-old hotel. The toilet needed a seatbelt—it rocked so much I thought it was going to come up off the floor and flood the place. The carpet had a few noticeable stains and a glob of something sticky that probably wouldn't take much effort to remove. The TV setup was less than desirable. It only offered basic cable with no channel guide or streaming capabilities, so you're left flipping through channels. For some odd reason, all the shelves had been removed from the refrigerator. The AC/heater unit had a blank display, and until I noticed the wall thermostat, I thought it was fixed at one temperature. The pool was empty and in need of some TLC, so don't expect to swim. The complimentary breakfast consisted of toast, Belgian waffles, coffee, milk, and orange juice in a pitcher because the juice machine was broken. They could at least offer individually packaged muffins or something. There are signs they're trying to improve the property, but it still needs work. The window screen was missing, for example. The GM said he had only recently started and had a long list of projects. Fair enough, but you have to spend a little to make a little. Some upgrades, fresh repairs, and a coat of paint would go a long way. Be proud of what you have.

They got our reservation wrong. I booked a two bed room, they gave us a one bed room. They corrected it with no problem but the room they gave us not exactly clean. There was trash on the floor when we walked in. The TV's didn't work. It served is purpose at least.
