The room was big and clean. It had its usual quirks that come with an older hotel (the floors are wooden so a bit squeaky and no elevator) but the staff were outstanding and incredibly helpful. They took our bags up and stored our bags both when we had to check out before our cruise left and before we could check in so we could look around town. They also were willing to give advice for places to go. If you are booking, the assumption is you are ok with a historic stay so with that being said great hotel and would stay again.

This hotel is beautiful and so charming. They’ve done a fantastic job of honoring the historic bones of the building and giving it a warm and unique updated feel. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel while attending events at Climate Pledge. And while the charm of the hotel and its proximity to Climate Pledge are great features, the best part of the Marqueen is its staff. Top-notch, friendly, helpful, and totally professional staff. My favorite hotel in this area! Thank you for another great stay!

If I were to come back to Seattle, I would definitely consider staying here again! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. The room was spacious and quaint. It was close enough to downtown that we were able to walk to big attractions easily. We used the valet parking and it was very easy.

The building is older, but extremely well kept with lots of charm. The staff were very helpful. The building doesn't have elevators and has 3 floors. We didn't notice that when we booked the hotel. It was ok for us, but could be an issue for someone else who may have missed it when making reservations. We enjoyed our stay.
