The lobby is both contemporary and cozy. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was lovely and comfortable with the best shower we’ve found in a hotel. The food in the attached restaurant was delicious and we loved the added perk of the complimentary wine reception with a live musician in the lobby.

This hotel was central to great tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the great public transportation system that Seattle has to offer. My husband and I were 5-7 minutes walking to the Pike market, waterfront, and great restaurants. We were 3 minutes away from the train station which made it easy and cheap to travel from and to the airport. Overall great location and very nice hotel!

It’s a lovely redone fresh hotel on the inside, outside is not much to look at. Staff were nice. I give it a 3.5 because bed and pillows are on the hard side, some people will like that. Noise traveled thru walls and doors slam loudly. Great view of a wall with a sliver of sky to be seen. For me it was way overpriced for what it is, places I prefer over it but it’s not a bad place.

The location is great. The room itself was a suite and was not good. It connected to the next suite via a door. The door had an inch of clearance between its bottom and the floor. We could hear every conversation our neighbors had. The television had no network connectivity or casting capability. The guide was broken the whole time. Just not what we expected for the price. Felt closer to a motel than a Hilton.
