Front desk staff were excellent - delightful, professional, polite, expedient. The lobby is very nice, underground parking is free on weekends with many spaces. The place is only 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, which seems longer than it is. Bellevue is a nice neighborhood, like a mini version of downtown Seattle. Price was good at this time of year. I recommend this place if I needed to stay in the area and would stay here again.

The hotel is always clean and the staff so helpful. For example, I wanted a quiet room and Carlo actually sought out a couple and gave me options. Turned out to be perfect. Centrally located in Bellevue with some restaurants in the building and plenty more walking distance from it. Also, the elevators are the fastest I've been in. Which I liked. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and spacious.
