Very impressed with the hotel! The pool and hot tub were clean and heated perfectly. The suite was clean and well-appointed. Everything is updated and had all we could ask for: plates, utensils, paper towels, etc. Super convenient location to shopping, Whole Foods and the mall. I would for sure stay again!

We were here for a 3-night stay. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean. I requested a room on the top floor which was accommodated and heard little to no noise our entire stay. Very relaxing and peaceful. We had daily housekeeping which was wonderful. A lot of hotels since COVID did away with the daily housekeeping. The breakfast was good. Hot breakfast and the hot items rotated daily (omelets, scrambled eggs, egg whites, sausage, and ham is what I saw being served). Daily items included oatmeal with toppings, waffles with toppings, bagels, muffins, cereals, yogurt, fruits, and biscuits and gravy. There wasn’t a lot of parking out front but several well-lit spots around the building with entry points (w/room key) all around. We loved our stay and will stay here again in the future.

Drove straight north after landing in Seattle. On our way to the North Cascades. Tricky to find due to road construction but was a lovely place. Enjoyed the hot tub the next morning before we started on our 15 day trip. Good breakfast. Great start!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, transparent and welcoming especially since there was an issue with their system that day. However, we were looking forward to going for a swim but were told that the pool was closed for maintenance, when earlier that same day, we saw people swimming. That was the only problem we had with our stay, aside from having to pay for parking considering we had three different people drive in for this trip. Props to the staff for always giving a smile whenever there was an encounter though, smiles are always appreciated.
