Very nice hotel with over 25 floors. Unfortunately, the elevators were being upgraded so only one of 3 guest elevators and a service elevator were available making it difficult to get anywhere. All the attractions in Seattle are walkable from the hotel and there are many place to purchase food and necessities near by. The staff was very friendly. Great stay!

Location of the hotel is perfect and everything is very close by. Lots of good restaurants in the vicinity as well. Breakfast was good. Appreciated the warm Toto washer bidets. Reminded us of our stay in Japan. The paper swan on the bed was a nice welcome thought as well. The city view out of our room was wonderful especially at night. Would definitely stay here again. Hopefully all three elevators will be functional soon as getting to the lobby, the room or out of the hotel took a while with one functional guest elevator and one service elevator.

Housekeeping 👍👍 Good-enough location, close to link, bus lines, monorail, and HOHO stop at the library. Nothing in ground level except for only one working elevator that takes forever bec, well, the only one! So, long wait and crowded.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. Need to do an early check in after our Alaska cruise. Early check in was 1:00 pm and when we arrived to drop off bags at 10am was told the room was ready and we could check in right away.
