It’s definitely on a very famous avenue but despite the location, it’s actually a very safe and clean motel enough for me to bring my family. I would stay here again.

I stayed at the Beat Motel on a motorcycle trip to Seattle. Super friendly staff, clean and comfy room, and secure parking with a coded entry gate, all for about 1/3 the cost of most everything else in the city!

Gated parking is a plus. Staff was amazing. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious enough to get around easily. I just wish the bathroom sink had more counter space (it was a pedestal sink) and the bathroom had hooks for towels to be hung after use.

With the area not the best area the room was clean smelled amazing and it was nice inside. I loved how it was gated so nobody could get in without a code. The lady at the front desk was amazing so nice and so helpful

The room was squeaky clean and presented perfectly with enough supplies, coffee, and towels for two. The staff was wonderful and gave us some great recommendations on local apartments, since we're moving into the area shortly. The place had plenty of parking, and was gated for security, which gave us so much peace of mind. The local food and convenience stores also provided plenty of low cost dining and beverage options.

Possibly the cleanest motel room I have stayed in. Property is gated and we felt safe although the surrounding area is a mix. Home depot and a restaurant a block away, goodyear tires across the street but sleazy motel next door and saw a couple hookers walk by the gate at night when we returned from dinner. We enjoyed a quiet nights sleep in a clean room on a comfortable bed with fresh linens so our needs were met nicely.
