I grew up in Bellevue. I stayed here while visiting my parents. This hotel is very centrally located and is a very, very short walk to the mall and restaurants. Beautiful lobby and the rooms were very clean and modern. Highly recommend.

The staff was great but there was no staff help with luggage. Two of the three elevators were broken. Always a long wait and very crowded on the elevator. In the morning when people were going down for breakfast, checking out or goingout for the day, the one elevator was being used by the cleaning staff with their large carts. Very poor planning! Carts should have been brought to the various floors much earlier for the cleaning staff . Will not use this hotel again. Bellevue has many other hotels with more amenities.
