Great property and location with a stunning view of the the Axe valley, Axmouth and Seaton. Very hospitable hosts and an excellent breakfast. Nice lounge and good parking, great place for a resting break and plenty to do and see in the area.

Interesting place. Location is great, lovely view from high ground over Seaton. Handy for the tramway and really lovely local villages. The buildings have a history and are best described as dated (tired) but the rooms are large and the beds just fine. So if you're looking for a no-frills base its great...you get what you pay for!

A lovely B&B, ideally situated to break our journey down to Cornwall. The ubiquitous Craig was always on hand to deal with any issues. The rooms were clean, the ability to use the pool was very welcome and the breakfast was excellent. Happy to stay again - why use budget hotels when you can support good value family businesses like this!

Brilliant B&B - will definitely stay again

Excellent B&B, clean, great location, tons of parking, scrumptious breakfast and Craig is a superb host. The decor is dated but to me that’s totally irrelevant. My bed was so comfy, spacious room and quiet with loads of storage. I really can’t fault peace haven and will DEFINITELY stay again
