Disliked: Amenities, communication
Was disappointed when we were told when we booked that the pool would be open. Was the main reason we booked this place because our kids wanted to swim. As soon as we got there we found out from the condo office that it was closed due to harmful minerals in pool water. We messaged that back to the person we booked from and they never messaged us back again during our stay. There is also no air conditioner or any fans in condo. We had to personally go out of our way to purchase fans so we could be somewhat comfortable during our stay. We won’t be staying here again due to lack of communication, cleanliness and comfort.
