Friendly, helpful staff; an easy check-in; clean, comfortable room (ours looked out toward the ocean which was a plus). Most importantly for us, it was steps away from the train station, from a supermarket for supplies, and from the trailhead for an extensive system of hiking trails leading to some truly unique and wonderful landscapes. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming, The Wellington is a pub/hotel. So if you want a local atmosphere and your bedroom upstairs it will suit you. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Close to seafront and amenities. Parking was in the street. Very busy when arrived. Parked on sea front. 12 hours only. Picked up a ticket. (£25) So, parking could be difficult. Would I return? Absolutely.

Very convenient in centre of seaford. Large room with sea view! Simple but comfortable. Ideal for walkers on the coast path. Had a nice fish pie in the bar too.

The staff were so lovely, and breakfast was delicious and very generous. There was a large wedding and golf party the night of our stay which made it quite loud until late, but this cannot be helped. Good value for money

great location and excellent service and friednly staff. very clean too. The only downside is it's VERY bright in the night as it's facing the main street. can also be noisy when big cars passing the street outside.
