Room was clean but needs a fixer upper. It was definitely old, with cracks in the bathroom counter and rust around the bathtub faucet. Also bathtub very slippery. However beds very comfortable and it was clean. We had no issues, it was a quick 1 night sleep stay. Breakfast was good with good options but the main lobby was super humid and smelt heavily of cleaner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

we have always stayed here when we traveled to visit family but honestly this visit was terrible. We stayed three nights. 1st night was so bad EVERYTHING in room was damp .. the floor, the bed/blankets/bathroom .. everything!! We even turned down a/c thinking it was that and it wasn’t .. it so bad having to sleep in a damp bed . Next day we got transferred to new room which I was thankful however it had a really bad odor and mold on walls but I dealt with it and didn’t complain thinking the odor might go away and it didn’t but it wasn’t as bad as sleeping in a damp room. The positive part of the stay was the staff they were very friendly and helpful and I want to say thank you to the receptionist for helping me out by letting me switch rooms. The breakfast wasn’t bad. I really think the management of this hotel needs to clean and repair this hotel it needs remodeling done bad!

Great pool, free lobby coffee and tea, easy check-in/check-out; property was welcoming to a large group; rooms were top notch. One worker seemed very confused about how to obtain pool towels, however the rest of the workers throughout the stay were functional and successful at things. Breakfast was delightful and the breakfast attendants were helpful and took their jobs very seriously. Gus the Groundhog, their property whistle-pig, cordially chowed on spilled Fruit Loops on the back patio while the rest of us dined indoors. Pool area restroom was that of a privately-owned gas station along the back roads of West Virginia, while being accessible only from the outside and with a key from "the attendant." The overhead light was a strobe light, the concrete walls and floor had last been cleaned before it was built. The door worked well though, and the toilet flushed. There was no toilet paper. Would stay again.

The walls are fairly thin, so you do hear a lot of your neighbors noise and TV but that’s my only complaint. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. The room was super clean. The amenities were nice and it was close by to my event. They also have a plaza right there for all your shopping needs
