Went to see Big Boy at Steam Town, hotel was very clean and very nice for an overnight stay. Breakfast area was very clean and very nice selection. The staff was very nice as well. I would stay again if in Scranton.

I stayed there one night after a show at montage Mountain. Beautiful facility and very modern and clean amenities. Very helpful staff. I slept in, so I did not get to take advantage of the continental breakfast, for what I saw, there were plenty of options. The only gripe I have is that the room air conditioner was not very good. It would not stay cold once it hit a certain temperature. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely stay there again.

Best hotel I have stayed at in years. Everything was perfect. Easy parking and check in. Friendly staff. No rooms near vending machines or elevators. Three different types of pillows. Coffee available 24/7 including lattes and macchiatos. Everything was sparkling clean and looked brand new.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and really don’t have any complaints except the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The counter didn’t look like it was wiped from the last time someone stayed there otherwise the rest of the room was fine. The breakfast was ok and had a nice variety of choices.
