“The hotel room we booked was a superior double although there was nothing great about it we could have staying at a Premier Inn tbh. Bathroom was lovely though and bed was comfy Breakfast was OK as was evening meal although once again nothing special. Obviously the setting by the river was glorious”

“Immaculate room, very comfortable. Excellent bathroom - good shower, good towels, shower gel provided. Wifi worked fine - no problem connecting and good speed. Staff were very helpful and very friendly - that's the stand-out thing, really, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was everything I'd want and very tasty. A pot of tea (with two teabags) and a pot of hot water meant there was plenty of my favourite beverage. Very happy with the evening dinner from the bar menu...

“There's a lot to praise at Dunston hall and you'll read about that elsewhere. I just want to point out one defect in the hope that someone at Dunston Hall will see this and take some action to prevent it happening again. We ate at the brasserie on 3 evenings and the cooking was, with one exception, very good. The exception was on the last night when one of my hasselback potatoes turned out to be bad . “The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a self-service buffet - cereals and bread for toast are provided and there is orange juice, butter, milk, jam etc. in a small fridge. Microwaveable porridge was also available, however, there were no kitchen scales so it would have been difficult to measure out the correct...
