The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature.

Really good value for money

Really big and spacious room for a family of 3, travelling with a dog. Good welcoming for the dog too, with a small blanket, dog biscuits, and bowls for water and food. Had a great stay. Really good value for money.

One night stay - big family rooms

The hotel is not so far from the city center. Our room was very nice - spacious, clean and comfortable. Only the receptionist was very unfriendly and even rude, which really surprised us. The girl on the next day was much nicer.

Amazing staff, very comfy room with aircon (great as it was v hot when we visited). Decent breakfast. However, the location of this hotel really is a distance away from the places you’re likely to want to go as a tourist, especially the schloss and old town. I walked in in the first evening and it took me 25 mins (admittedly I have short legs and it was hot!). The amazing staff were great at providing us with bus times, but there were only 2 per hour and it took 20 mins as went round the outskirts of town to get in. We started using E-scooters, great for adults as the cycle lanes are excellent, but no good for our teen as you need to be 18. So, great hotel but think carefully about the location - if you want to pop back in the day, that’s not so easy.

Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, war es völlig staubig. Als wir am zweiten Tag abends heimkamen, war unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl es ein normales Hotel ist. Daraufhin waren wir uns an der Rezeption beschweren. Dort wollte man uns einreden, wir hätten ein Schild raushängen müssen, dass wir eine Reinigung wollen. Wir haben gar kein Schild im Zimmer!!! Und niemand hat etwas davon beim checkin gesagt. Auf unserer ganzen Etage hing kein Putzschild an irgendeiner Tür. Weil kein Gast ein Schild in seinem Zimmer hat. Den nächsten Tag haben wir das Putzteam gefragt, sie sagten uns, es gibt keine Schilder auf den Zimmern. Man bekommt eins nach Beschwerde bei der Rezeption. Hier wird einfach Hotelpreis verlangt & die Reinigung ohne jegliche Information gespart. Ich habe mitbekommen wie sich mehrere Reisende über das Problem beschwert haben & jedem eingeredet und angelogen wurde, dass die Schilder für die Reinigung auf dem Zimmer sind, was überhaupt nicht stimmt. Hier werden die Kunden veralbert bis aufs Letzte & Dummenfang betrieben! Das einzige Schild, was wir haben ist: „Bitte nicht stören“. Expedia ist eingeschalten. Wir haben ganz normalen Hotelservice mit Handtuchwechsel & Reinigung gebucht & möchten einen Anteil des Reisepreises zurück. Das Restaurant ist total veraltet. Frühstück geht, aber sehr, sehr eng & Gedränge. Platznot. Die Eier sind kalt&Nutella tagelang leer. Wenn man ankommt, sitzen die Angestellten vor der Tür&rauchen. Oder fahren mit d. Roller ums Rondell

Das Zimmer Suite war groß und Modern, super! Aber der Rest ist fraglich wir waren 30 min zu früh da konnten schon den Check In erledigen mussten dann noch 15 min Warten bis Zimmer fertig dann 15:05 Uhr auf dem Zimmer wurden wir vom Personal belästigt das die Info an die Rezeption ging nicht vor 15:30 Uhr(laut Buchung ab 15 Uhr)! Die Info hatten wir nicht, dadurch noch mal 30 min warten und unser Zeitplan für den Abend war dann streßig, da eine Schifffahrt gebucht! Beim Frühstück war immer was leer und die Sauberkeit war fraglich! Im Flur lag über 24 h ein Q Tip Wattestäbchen (benutzt)! In der Tiefgarage war alles voll Vogelkot und sehr eng und klein für einen VW Bus.

Die Lage vom PLAZA Premium ist super, der See ist direkt vor der Tür und man hat eine Bushaltestelle für den Weg in die Stadt direkt vor dem Haus. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, modern und richtig sauber, wir hatten mit unserem Hund mehr als genug Platz. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hundefreundlich. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist auch die direkt angebundene Tiefgarage, der Stellplatz war goldwert.
