Lovely stay! Staff extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Property was clean. Lovely breakfast for ‘continental’. We had a loft room which was extremely warm during the heatwave. Luckily we didn’t bring the dogs as it would have been too warm for them despite providing a fan. This was the only down fall, luckily we didn’t go in the peak heat and it wouldn’t put us off going again.

We had a wonderful stay at the bike & boot. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed with my elderly Mum & they were always kind & patient with her. We stayed in a large seaview room. The room & view were beautiful & everything was very clean. We loved the buffet breakfast. Great quality & plenty of choice. Touches like the water, coffee machine & biscuits in the lounge are great too. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks for a great stay.

Second stay at the B&B in Scarborough - this time with my toddler in tow. It's a fabulous hotel with real character and the staff can't do enough to help. We had help navigating the parking and multiple times help with my toddler getting up and down stairs which was hugely appreciated as I was travelling solo. We booked one of the larger sea facing rooms which was brilliant and, despite the heatwave, the fan provided kept us cool at night. The hotel is well maintained overall but there are small signed of wear and tear in our room which need addressing. In our bathroom the floor seemed to have a small dip in the floor so the lino had sunk into the dip slightly and you noticed underfoot as you walked. It's one of the more expensive rooms so would suggest it's sorted quickly. I didn't mention during our stay because, traveling solo, had a few other things to think about. Thank you l!

Another fantastic stay at this hotel. Great value for money. We upgraded to the medium room which is well worth it - spacious room with small table and chairs which was great. Great location. Nice little touch with the free cake and coffee in the afternoons. Had breakfast this time which was included. I’m not sure id pay the £15 for it as an extra but lovely that it was included and nice start to our days.

It is an excellent location, beautiful sea view rooms overlooking south bay, close to local amenities, there is a lift to take you down to the seafront and back again, only cost £2.50, I recommend it for the view. Rooms are serviced every day, great friendly staff, great restaurant and it’s dog friendly too, don’t take my word for it! Just go and enjoy 😊

Great views of the seaside, wonderful staff and really good location. The common areas are very welcoming, and the restaurant serves great food. Unfortunately, the windows were in poor condition and the noise from the road, the race course and the wind made it really difficult to relax during the day and to sleep at night. Earplugs 100% recommended. They also let the cold in at night, so don't be deceived by the high temperature in the rooms/building during the day.
