I love our connecting room. The breakfast was good. The laundry had only some machine working. The clothes would not dry properly.

We love everything about this resort. Very convenient to all universal attractions. Great pools and we love the lazy river and pool bars. Bar in lobby is nice too. Rooms are very clean and staff is extremely friendly. Baylinder Diner is very convenient and food is good and not overpriced. The only thing I can say that needs to be improved from this trip is the lighting wasn’t working on some of the walkways and the keycard locks were not working on some of the pool gates.

This is our second time staying here and we really had a nice time. The two things that were most troublesome was check-in and check-out times. Check in time is 4 pm. I think that’s a little late. We arrived between 9 am and 10 am and had to wait until 330to get a room. Check out is 10 am. I did ask for a late check out and the latest they would let us check out was 11:30 am. My other gripe is that they are cashless. They have a Starbuck’s on site, cashless , but they charge you a fee for using your card. I found that to be quite maddening. The whole resort is cashless. There are a lot of families with little kids so if you don’t mind having kids do cannonballs next to you while you’re lazying down the lazy river or trying to relax in the hot tub, you’re good to go. This resort also does not offer a shuttle to any of the parks or the airport. It’s an easy drive to Disney and Disney Springs. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Universal. The ice cream stand has a delicious brownie sundae that you have to try! It’s a nice resort and if we were to ever go back to Florida, and now knowing the things I didn’t know before, I would go back anyway.

All was good, except the walls are very thin. You could hear everyone around us and it was hard to get a good night's sleep either night we were there.
