We were surprised that our paid reservation wasn’t listed by Expedia but the staff were able to clear up the situation. We weren’t aware that the morning breakfast feast was included in the reservation and it was an unbelievable display smorgasbord to experience. I would recommend this hotel for any travel wanting to be within walking distance to Olavinlinna as well.

The room felt cramped. There was plenty of hanging space but nowhere to sit. Small shower cubicle. Hairdryer fixed in the bathroom - personally i much prefer to use a Hairdryer in the room. There was a shelf/ table area and another lower wooden bench/ shelf which we used to put our stuff on and wouldn't have been a comfy place to sit anyway. Breakfast was good - lots of choice - hot and cold options. Left to help ourselves. Noone greeted us when we arrived for Breakfast although the staff were friendly. Convenient location - 5 to 10 mins to the castle, market square and train station.

Siisteys ja ympäristö hyviä. Iltapala (savulohileipä) oli aivan turhan iso ainakin kahdelle ikäihmiselle. Aamiainen oli hyvä samoin lounas. Sopivasti koottuja. Henkilökunta asiantuntevan ja avuliaan oloisia.

オラヴイ城で開催されるオペラのために宿泊。会場から徒歩7-8分、エレベーターがあるのでここに決めた。ツインルームのシングルユース。写真より広かった。シャワーブースは、どこでもそうだが、下から水が漏れる。スタッフはとても親切で、朝早い朝食にも対応してくれた。

Siisti hotelli, keilahalli alakerrassa hieno ja äänet ei sieltä kantautuneet muihin hotellin osiin. Vois olla huoneissa pieni jääkaappi, ihanan pimeäksi sai huoneen yöksi. Aamupala ok, mutta ois voinu olla lihapullia ja nakkeja ja ehkä myös munakokkelia.

Basic-Hotel ohne erwähnenswerte Besonderheiten. Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional, das Bad sehr klein, insbesondere die Duschkabine für etwas kräftigere Personen sicher supereng. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Für Vegetarier z.B. beschränkt sich die Auswahl auf eine Käsesorte. Es gab kein Gäste-Wifi, womit ich wirklich nicht gerechnet hatte.

Koiran kanssa matkustaminen oli helppoa. Lemmikkihuoneessa oli valmiina kupit ja pieni peti koiralle ♥️ Huone oli siisti, sängyt hyvät ja sijainti oivallinen. Aamupala oli maukas, erityismaininta munakkaista. Pieniä parannusehdotuksia: *Jääkaappi huoneessa olisi tärkeä lisä *Roskakori muuallakin kuin wc:ssä, samoin esimerkiksi pieni kannu jolla täyttää vedenkeitin, sillä vedenkeittimen kannu tai 0,5l vesipulloa ei mahdu wc:n lavuaarista täyttämään. *Osa normaaleista TV-kanavista ei toiminut kanavien uudelleen asennuksesta huolimatta.
