All staff we encountered were so welcoming and friendly from the guys at the front door to the front desk. It’s a great location, very walkable to shopping and restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself, while beautiful could use some TLC to spruce it up. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wine and cheese reception and cookies were a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was first class. The only negative for me was that the bed was very firm which caused me hip pain (I am 48) and arms fell “asleep”. Other than the bed, it was a great place to stay.
