Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The staff reached out on the day of arrival, the apartment was clean but bathroom seat was broken, old and dirty. The rugs in the bathroom and bedrooms were old and not presentable. I didn't feel comfortable using the bathroom at all. The toaster in the kitchen was old and dirty and the fridge was old and neglected.
