Paquetes Vacacionales Incluyen Hotel y Vuelo a Savage Harbour

No shampoo, no body wash in the room. Staff didn’t seem interested in helping. Confusing check-in. Definitely a motel, very underwhelmed and disappointed seeing we paid $400 for one night. Room didn’t look as pictured.

The property consists of several old homes that have been remodelled into a hotel. We stayed in the middle home, which was probably the least attractive of the three homes. The room was OK. It wasn’t particularly well cleaned by housekeeping and there was nothing extraordinary about it. It was OK not great there was air-conditioning. The hotel offers free coffee drinks, but you have to go to the main lobby to get them in the morning. Overall, the staff was lovely and very very friendly. We had breakfast one day, which wasn’t included in our package and it was very good and very reasonably priced. It is the high season, but I wouldn’t stay there again for the price that we paid.
