Room for 1 nigh

Good small basic room for 1 night on the way to Alpes. Easy late check in, room was clean, water hot. Car park space.

When we walked in the bed was unmade.. which made me question if it was changed at all after previous guests.. when we moved bed cover there was someone’s t-shirt
 NO towels at all, no fridge/coffee/microwave (just be aware) and AC made a huge puddle on the floor only after several hours running. Thank you for the t-shirt, previous owner. What we will wake up to in the morning I wonder.

TrÚs mauvais séjour

Un trĂšs mauvais sĂ©jour, location de 2 chambres pour ce reposĂ© sur un long trajet. Un groupe d' une quinzaine de personnes sont arrivĂ©es et ont commencĂ© a consommer de l alcool sur le parking vers 18h. Puis ils sont partis manger, vers 22h ils Ă©taient tous de retour pour continuer leurs petites fĂȘtes. Personne a l accueil de l' hĂŽtel ni de service de sĂ©curitĂ©. MalgrĂ© plusieurs demandes des occupants des chambres rien ne les arrĂȘte. A 2h 30 du matin je prends l initiative de faire le 17 afin de faire stopper tout ça avant qu'il y ait un dĂ©rapage. AprĂšs le passage des forces de l ordre vers 2h45 nous avons rĂ©ussi Ă  dormir jusqu'Ă  7h30 ou tout ce petit monde Ă©tait de nouveau debout. A 8h30 quand je ramĂšne nos cartes a l accueil je signale le problĂšme et l hĂŽtesse est au courant et complĂ©tement dĂ©muni. Je trouverai normal que les personnes qui ont subi ce prĂ©judice soit dĂ©dommager un minimum. Je vais rester floue sur l Ă©tat des chambres, il a fallu que je revisser la serrure de la porte sinon il suffisait de pousser la porte pour l ouvrir et je ne parle pas de l intĂ©rieur.

Que dire de cette expĂ©rience horrible au 1ere classe. ProblĂšme de voisinage bruyant et incivilitĂ© (preparation de repas en extĂ©rieur, odeur, cris, tĂ©lĂ©phone en haut parleur..) bref impossibilitĂ© de dormir. Jai essayĂ© de leur demander de respecter le silence, je me suis faite agressĂ©e verbalement. De ce fait nous sommes allĂ©s demandĂ© a l'accueil de nous proposer une autre chambre. En payant un supplĂ©ment de18 €, nous avons Ă©tĂ© logĂ©s au Campanile. Rien a voir au niveau prestation lit en 160, vraie salle de bain... La dame de l'accueil a vrzument Ă©tĂ© top, charmante, aindi que l'Ă©quipe de restauration. Plus jamais je ne reserverai au 1Ăšre Classe.

Travaillant en soirĂ©e et aprĂšs 5h de route, impossible de pouvoir accĂ©der Ă  ma chambre sous prĂ©texte que j’arrive Ă  1h du matin. Jusqu’à preuve du contraire j’ai payĂ© ma nuit jusqu’à 12h. C’est inadmissible c’est la premiĂšre fois qu’on me rĂ©pond de la sorte depuis presque 20 ans de rĂ©servations dans un premiĂšre classe. A quoi servent les bornes automatiques ouvertes toute la nuit?
