“Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. Special mention for Manager Ashok and F&B staff Stuti and Anup.

“The hotel is setup as little villas, so the rooms are extremely quiet and comfortable. The area is peaceful and you get to see elephants and their handlers passing by all the time. Gardens are beautiful and relaxing.”
