Property was well clean, breakfast was good, pool was clean. The only problem was the door keys didn't work most the time. We had to constantly go to the lobby and get them fixed and sometimes then still didn't read. The staff was nice, helpful and always polite.

Check in was quick. Got the king hot tub room. Lots of pillows which was great. Tub worked but took a couple tries to get enough hot water to run it. Hotel very run down looking on inside… exterior doors were never locked at night.

Main hot tub for all guests still is not working properly after staying here for well over 8 years. Breakfast was good, however, staff needed help sooner than it came. Help came after the morning rush. It didn't make sense after watching it two mornings in the am. I myself work at a hotel with half the rooms, however, I felt for the ladies both days.

Room was clean. Big and had a table to play in which was great. breakfast was ok. Hot tub was not in service,with caution tape when asked staff didnt know why. Pool was tapered down in the 5 ft area hard to swim in.and hubby hit head on bottom.

I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.
