We had a wonderful stay! Josh was the highlight of our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and took the time to answer our questions about the train station. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hot breakfast was exceptional and a great way to start each day. We truly couldn't recommend this hotel more highly and would gladly stay here again.

If the sauna had been operational and the staff had supplied any sort of bar soap in the bathroom we would have been very happy. Honestly the prospect of a sauna was the ONLY reason why we chose this hotel, so finding it broken was a major disappointment and kind of ruined things for us. The room was clean (minus the missing bar soap) and comfortable. Parking was easy. Hotel is located in a good location with easy driving access to everything. The breakfast bar was acceptable - not the best, not the worst.

Ease of check in and out. Loved the beds. Had to ask for tissues and hand soap. Staff very responsive. Late crowd came to breakfast at 9:00, when breakfast was closing. They brought more food and kept serving.

Parking was good and convenient, the bed and pillows were comfy but the tub wouldn't drain well, the pool was green, the sauna didn’t work and the coffee and juices for breakfast was watery. Stay could have been better for the price paid.

The pool was filthy. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool on the 3 ft end. Band aids and clumps of hair floating around the pool. The sauna was out of order. We called prior to reservations and were told that they had eggs for breakfast as my wife and I are on carnivore diet. Well, 2 of the 4 mornings there were no eggs. One morning we shared the 6 pieces of Canadien bacon that were left and another morning I had a few pieces of sausage. Eggs are buck and a half a dozen right now, cheaper than almost anything else they could have offered for breakfast. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly but pool area and breakfast were subpar.
