The location is perfect! Easy walk to downtown Saugatuck. Nadia makes you feel welcome like you’re visiting a friend. The breakfast was excellent. It was my husband‘s first bed-and-breakfast and he can’t wait to return. Definitely will stay here again.

Loved the property and Nadia, the innkeeper. She takes such pride in her beautiful inn. She is also the best cook and baker. Our breakfast was amazing. We loved our entire experience at the inn and will be back again and again!

Our stay at The Park House in was very comfortable. The host is hospitable and the amenities are accommodating. Breakfast included the most delicious pastries and quiche daily. The house is just a quick walk from downtown shops and restaurants.

Perfect, relaxing getaway, close to everything! Comfortable beds, breakfast was amazing and Nadia is SO sweet and helpful. Nadia helped us plan a sunset picnic at the beach, provided towels and recommendations for food. We enjoyed a fire in the garden, memories made and we will absolutely be back! We never needed the car, we walked or took the intercostal everywhere, Nadia’s guest resources were amazing! You can tell her heart is in this- and it made our trip worthwhile.

This was my first traditional bed and breakfast experience and it left an amazing impression. My spouse and I took a trip to Saugatuck Michigan during 4th of July weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. The staff was friendly and the owner Nadia was extremely hands-on and helpful. She gave us great local recommendations which we happily explored. We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning our next trip back.

Only stayed one night but was a great experience. Very cute property, clean and retaining some historical aspects. Outdoor area with the lights and the screened in porch were great. Nadia was organized and friendly, and runs a great place. Good location, a short walk from downtown (10-15 min) if you don't want to utilize the economical transportation available in Saugatuck.

The Park House Inn is a hidden gem! Had a wonderful one night stay, Nadia the innkeeper was super friendly and really went out of her way to tell me all about the property, the amenities, even the history of the place, as well as dinner recommendations! Having an espresso machine available to use at any time was phenomenal too, the outdoor fireplace area was super nice, and it was just a really cozy place overall, the room was very clean, the shower has amazing water pressure, and the balcony was a nice touch too to sit outside at night, and lastly the homemade breakfast was out of this world fantastic and delicious definitely would stay here again if I return to Saugatuck, also super close to the sand dune ride which is incredibly fun!

My mom and I recently stayed at Park House and it was absolutely perfect! Nadia was the sweetest, most welcoming host. She had the Inn very well kept and we admired the balance between preserving historical charm while adding modern touches. The shops were only 10 minutes away walking, but we really appreciated the local shuttle for the ride home with all our new buys - only $1 for the trip! Plenty of restaurants around and breakfast was delicious. Nadia checked for any allergies and also catered well to my vegetarian diet. Beds were comfy and the other guests were accommodating and respectful. No issues with noise or disturbances as I might have thought in such an older home. We cannot wait to return and wish Nadia the best of success as she takes on her new ownership and ideas for the property. It was obvious upon arrival, there’s nowhere else we’d stay when visiting Saugatuck! Oh and don’t forget to utilize the outdoor space! My favorite part of the stay was relaxing by the firepit each night.

Nadia, the innkeeper, was amazing. Her breakfasts were incredible - homemade quiche that was different each day or eggs any way you like them, homemade baked goods, yogurt with toppings, and fresh fruit. Had a very nice stay for 1 night with my wife. We mostly were there just for a place to sleep but ended up finding a place we plan to come back to in the future for a prolonged stay as it was very comfortable and we were treated with amazing hospitality. The room we had made us feel like we were at home, the staff took care of our needs very quickly and kept in touch with us, and the breakfast was amazing!
