Staff was very good. Room very small but clean and functional. Three stars for room being older and our room a bit tired and outdated. We had to keep window open for cooling at night as they switch to only heating in November per sign in room.

リニューアル後に改めて初めて泊まりましたが全体的に清潔感と高級感がアップされ、お部屋はベッドがとても広く照明も明るくて、コンセントやハンガーの数も豊富でドライヤーも使いやすく、シャワーの湯量も十分で差し込まなくても良いカードキーも便利だしチェックアウト時間も11時で、至る所に宿泊者への配慮が感じられるホテルで非常に快適な滞在となりました。また佐世保に来る際はぜひこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

ユニットバス内の切り替えコックの表示が薄くなって見えなくなっている。これはリニューアル前に宿泊した際に指摘したことがある。 以前はもっとフレンドリーな雰囲気だったが、何となくヨソヨソしい感じになった。やはり、大手チェーンになるとそうなるのかと残念だった。笑顔が自然でなく、積極的に話しかける姿勢が少なかった。施設はきれいにはなったが『泥臭い』ところがないと魅力に欠けると私は思った。

お値段以上の最高の宿でした！ 少し駅から歩きますが、そんなのが気にならないくらい施設やサービスが良かったです。ハウステンボスまでの無料の送迎バスがあり観光に最適ですし、有料の朝食も地のものが豊富で美味しかったです。 佐世保観光の際はまたぜひ利用したいです！

老舗といった感じで 建物自体には年季を感じましたが 掃除が行き届いており清潔感がありました。 3泊させていただきましたが、毎日室内を整頓してくださり、ウェルカムギフトのご当地お菓子とミネラルウォータを毎日補充してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。 宿泊者用の共有キッチン室や図書室もあり、 細部に気配りを感じるホテルでした。 居心地の良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。
