We had a wonderful stay at The Insignia. Felt very modern and high end, but at a reasonable price point. Nespresso machines with pods provided in every room, plus a water carafe to refill at the bottle filling stations on every floor (we LOVED this). Rooms themselves were spacious and very clean, with no carpets/upholstered headboards to worry about. We loved the L’Occitane products too! Walkable to great restaurants and the waterfront. We loved the indoor pool as well (although the floor was very slippery)! Overall a really great stay, especially for the price point.

This hotel was one of six hotels we stayed in as part of a long trip, and this was tied as our favorite of the whole trip! The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly, and the room could not have been more thoughtfully designed and appointed. Everything we needed was there, and even things we had never thought of before were provided. The layout of the room was brilliant and every piece of furniture was beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient and walkable to dining, and parking was available. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Place is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is an issue. This night especially as the wedding party and quests took all the parking leaving the paid hotel quests having to park on the street far away. Also Expedia charged $36 for the A La Carte breakfast when the highest price on the menu was only $22 dollars. So what is up with that???????. The mattresses in the room we were in are Old, Dirty, Hard and very dirty uncomfortable. The pillows were nice.
