Felt very much a home from home. Michael and Leigh were lovely and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious and Michael gave several recommendations on things to do. Sark is a beautiful place to relax and to step out of a busy world for a while.

Beautiful room in a lovely property and a warm welcome from Leigh. I had everything I needed and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Hearty breakfast on the patio set me up for the day.

The property is beautiful, it is located very close to the main street. Leigh is very welcoming and attentive. Having breakfast in the gardens was lovely.

The room was very clean and comfortable but unfortunately the room was very noisy - there is a neighbouring water pump/boiler to the room which woke us up throughout the night and noise carries through the house. I’m Surprised this hasn’t been mentioned by other guests previously. Breakfast was also very slow and unsatisfactory unfortunately. Beautiful gardens and lovely property with safe bike parking. yet unfortunately I would not stay again.

Michael tout à fait charmant mais chambre couple tue l'amour avec toilettes dans la chambre sans cloison?!!! toile d'araignée! très bon petit déjeuner mais pas servi avant 9 h du matin bref c'est vous qui vous adaptez et non l'inverse! je déconseille, j'ai connu mieux sur l'ile!!!!

Chambre pour trois personnes sous les combles ou vous vous cognez la tête à tous moments : seule la valeur d’un couloir d’un mètre de largeur sur environ 6 mètres à deux mètres de hauteur 😰😰 Pour accéder à la baignoire, il faut s’allonger et s’accroupir pour se laver 😂 Pas de clés pour fermer la chambre Obligation de se déchausser à l’entrée mais pas de chaussons à disposition Chambre bruyante : nous entendions les autres personnes ainsi que la pompe à eau Nous déconseillons vraiment cette maison dont la propriétaire est peu accueillante Nous la gênons, je pense

There was no hot water and even after we told her, we did not get any. Also, at breakfast everyone was standing around waiting for her to finish setting up and she had just not bothered to tell us that we could start. 9AM breakfast is a late start. We did not get started until 9:20. We understand that she was not well but there is no excuse for not being able to shower due to a lack of hot water. Also, she advertises a lot for people to go directly through her and not use third parties like Expedia.

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, mit grossem Garten und sauber. Da unser Schiff schon um 9.00 Uhr losfuhr bestand unser gebuchtes Frühstück aus 2 aufgewärmten Croissants und einem selbst gebrühten Kaffee.Dadurch erscheint uns das Zimmer doch sehr übertäuert.

Fantastic stay

Went to sark for a wedding at Stocks Hotel. The guest house was in a beautiful setting with a beautiful garden and sunny terrace. We had the Room in the loft with the slipper bath. Was beautifully done and very cosy. Bed was very comfy and slept like a baby. Full breakfast included which was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.

One night on Sark

There were not many hotels to choose from on Sark for our dates, but this hotel was in a great location near the Avenue and only a short tractor journey from the harbour. The accommodation was expensive for a night in a very small room, however all accommodation seems expensive here. The water ran out and we were unable to take a shower. The Wifi did not work. I do advise using the carting service for luggage as this was excellent and cheap.
