Perfect stay, big, clean, comfortable room, helpful staff, good breakfast. Hotel was full but never felt busy/crowded. Location was ideal- right on the edge of the old town so everything was walkable, but still felt quiet enough to be removed from the hustle & bustle when you wanted.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located right inside Sarajevo’s Old City. Hotel is located in a very good area, an easy walk into town. The breakfast however was very poor, it almost looked like someone brought in their leftovers. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. View from room was nice as we had a terrace overlooking the city. Some areas need improvement.

This is one of those instances where paying a bit more money gives you a positive return for the investment. We chose this hotel for three main reasons: location, parking and breakfast. The location is unbeatable. You literally step outside the hotel and you are in the bustling old town. Parking is on site for a fee, but worth it. Breakfast was abundant and featuring a variety of salty and sweet options. Overall we were very happy.

What I liked was closeness to Bascarsija and other city great places to visit. What I did not like how air conditioning system worked. I am used to American standards and this was a little bit different as air conditioning system would stop working whenever you open doors and windows. Otherwise staff was accommodating and tried to solve any issues I have addressed.
