Great staff from front desk to housekeeping and everyone else. Very helpful and cheerful and easy to find help when needed. Room was very clean and comes with all basic amenities you would need, including a phone charger. Hotel is located at a good location, walking distance to the TV tower and Odori Park where the snow festival was being held. Staff is very courteous.
