This hotel is well located. It was my first time in São Paulo and I felt safe in this neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around, a really nice shopping mall nearby. I liked the breakfast and the rooftop pool. The minibar is well priced and stocked. I loved this hotel and I am happy to come back next time I am in SP. the room was excellent!

The hotel is in a great location, super convenient, nearby tons of great restaurants and a shopping center. Super walkable area. What I liked the most though was their staff. They were super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Tsue The Palace Flat - EXCELLENT, Hotels.com - BAD

Staff at Tsue was very helpful with a late check in and late check out. I could not recommend higher. Hotels.com was terrible and I could not find the reservation in the app. I will not use Hotels.com again but I will stay at Tsue.

Don't stay here. Room did not have proper working windows and doors. Glass doors had a 2.5" inch gap to the outside and windows and a 1.5" inch gap to the outside. This hotel is located within visual of CGH runway. Planes are landing every 2 minutes at busy times. Give me a break!! I don't have time for this level of irresponsibility.

Excelente localização para quem chega ou parte de Congonhas. Muitas opções de bares e restaurantes por perto. Equipe muito simpática e prestativa. Estruturas do prédio e do apartamento bem conservadas. Quarto com conforto e tamanho bom para até quatro pessoas. Roupas de cama e toalhas limpas. Café da manhã simples, sem muitas opções, mas bem preparado. Estacionamento à disposição mediante pagamento de diária (R$ 20,00). Único inconveniente: para quem não consegue se acostumar, o barulho dos aviões.

Apartamento bom, bem equipado e boa localização. Somente o que me incomodou é a surpresa ao final da estadia em descobrir que o estacionamento é cobrado de forma separada, sendo que no anúncio nao deixava isso de forma clara. Nao foi um problema maior pois o valor é baixo, porém caso fosse maior, o custo x benefício comparado com outros diversos quartos disponíveis na região, poderia nao ser compensatório. Enfim, recomendo pela estrutura, localização, mas é necessário maior clareza no que oferece e é cobrado a parte, pois orçamento faz parte de toda viagem.
