Gosto do hotel pela localização. No térreo tem uma lanchonete que abre das 5:00 as 21:00 otimo pra lanches. Café da manhã. Partir das 5:00 Estacionamento otimo. Só 30.00 por dia para hóspedes. Wats app agora muito rápido e eficaz o atendimento. Ótimos recepcionistas. Mas Quarto precisando de alguns ajustes; 1 Falta limpeza no quarto, ficamos 2 dias e nao foi limpo. 2 Batente da porta parte de dentro do banheiro de madeira ta solto 3 Plástico da cama esfarelando, rasgando mesmo com o lençol de cima ., precisa comprar uma capa de colchão grossa 4 Nao tem coberta só cobre leito 5 Chuveiro enferrujado mas a água é otima Mas gostamos do hotel vamos sempre nas idas em Ao Paulo

Cheguei no sábado pela manhã e só limparam meu quarto na segunda a tarde e mesmo assim porque busquei a camareira no corredor. Ainda assim, tive que esperar ela liberar alguns quartos antes. Como é um hotel direcionado para quem compra nos Brás, eles bloqueiam alguns elevadores para descer com carga e se isso ocorreu várias vezes enquanto tentávamos subir, fazendo com que aguardássemos muito tempo. O curioso é que no último dia, na hora de ir embora, ficamos quase 50 min. esperando elevador no 16º andar juntamente com outros hóspedes, porque um elevador esta quebrado, o outro reservado para descer com cargas e os outros 02 já subiam até o 16º lotados de hospedes para descer em razão da demanda. Ligamos varias vezes para a recepção pedindo uma solução, pois os hospedes dos andares mais altos estavam sendo prejudicados e tínhamos voo para pegar e eles não faziam nada. Tive que descer 16 andares de escada até a recepção, onde encontrei os 03 atendentes do hotel com a recepção vazia, sem proatividade alguma. Um disse que havia mandado um elevador para o meu andar, mas neste momento o elevador abriu cheio de carga desmentindo-o. Tive descer e criar um problema para então mandarem um elevador pegar os hospedes do 16ª andar que estavam esperando há quase 01 hora. Os lojistas que estavam conosco disseram que eles fazem isso porque sabem que eles precisam porque é um hotel bem localizado. Eu como não sou lojista, nunca mais piso naquele pandemônio. Péssima experiência!

Atendimento das recepcionistas péssimo! De mal humor, com falta de educação. Tive um outro problema tbm com relação ao elevador no dia de fazer o checkout, os elevadores não estavam funcionando para subir, tinham vários sacoleiros no dia, ficamos 40 minutos para conseguir subir. Tivemos que descer qdo conseguimos o elevador para depois subir, isso tudo após 40 minutos… Tentamos subir pelas escadas, eu estava no sétimo andar, porém as portas não abrem para sair, só conseguia descer… um caos

Ao chegar nos deparamos com o primeiro problema!! Não venham se estiverem de carro. O estacionamento não é do Hotel, e vc fica horas na rua, cansada, porque dezenas de ônibus e caminhões saem do estacionamento, impedindo de vc estacionar seu veículo, mesmo depois de 8h de estrada, e os funcionários que ficam "aparentemente", impedindo sua entrada, não coordenam nada, não há sinalização, cones, nada, e são encrenqueiros. Depois da luta para estacionar, vc descobre que tem que pagar uma diária de 30,00 no estacionamento, que não está na descrição do hotel e mais o café da manha por pessoa. Enfim, péssimo.
