It is a old hotel, so the rooms are very basic. No proper areas to charge your phone (a bit outdated, doesnt have usb to charge phones). It is good for the price, but it is a bit noisy due to the street and bathroom make some noises as well.

Reserva feita com antecedência e a experiência foi decepcionante desde a chegada. O check-in era às 14h e chegamos às 14h20, porém informaram que o quarto ainda não estava pronto por falta de camareira. O que passou foi a impressão de que a situação era algo comum. Enquanto aguardávamos, outras pessoas foram atendidas depois, inclusive atendimento feito na hora, e receberam quarto normalmente. Ficamos praticamente 1 hora aguardando no balcão. O atendimento também deixou a desejar. Não houve demonstração de preocupação real com o atraso ou tentativa de contornar a situação. O recepcionista chegou a comentar algo como: “eu sei que é chato o atraso”, mas a sensação foi de um simples “é assim mesmo”, como se já estivessem acostumados com esse tipo de problema. Ao entrar no quarto, encontramos forte cheiro de cigarro em um quarto não fumante, não havia toalhas disponíveis e foi necessário solicitar depois. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, principalmente nos cantos do quarto, com aspecto de limpeza mal feita. Para completar, apareceu uma barata no banheiro. A estrutura do hotel precisa de atenção. A televisão estava com problema no áudio, o ar-condicionado é extremamente antigo e muito barulhento, praticamente impossível dormir com ele ligado. O hotel aparenta precisar de uma reforma completa; a sensação é de uma reforma mal executada apenas para tentar esconder problemas. O único ponto positivo é a localização no Largo do Arouche, dependendo do objetivo da viagem. Café da manhã!

Elevadores muito bons e rápidos, chuveiro bom, café da manhã médio. Hotel velho e precisando de reforma. Fiquei no apartamento 1801, o banheiro tinha duas lâmpadas e uma estava queimada, o quarto é triplo e dormi num o colchão de molas que estava inclinado para um dos lados. Os móveis e o quarto são antigos, esperava mais do hotel.
