Not a good neighborhood

I made the reservation but when my cab arrived in front of the hotel we decided not to stay here because of the environment around. It was around midnight on a Wednesday, prostitution on the street, homeless people making fire across the street and walking around… didn’t feel like a safe place to stay for two women and a kid. Our taxi said to us we should not stay here and helped us to found us a better place for the night.

Péssima experiência!

Hotel mas é usado como Motel , estávamos a trabalho na região sem disponibilidade em hotéis de rede devido ao evento que aconteceu na semana ! Péssima experiência , atendentes da recepção da manhã muito solicitas me ofereceram trocar de quarto pois em uma noite com o “tropé” no corretor até as 5:00 da manhã não consegui dormir ! Depois que fiz à reclamação melhorou !! Café da manhã simples mas ok , roupas de cama limpas toalhas surradas mas limpas , banheiro com limbo nos rejuntes até o teto , acho que nunca viu um cloro !! Enfim para uma emergência,não achou nada melhor ok , mas para estadias longas e principalmente aos finais de semana , não dá ! Local perigoso a noite, não sai a pé,

O atendimento do hotel foi impecável do início ao fim. Todos os colaboradores foram extremamente atenciosos e resolveram tudo com muita agilidade. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o Wi-Fi no quarto e, prontamente, nos realocaram para outro quarto — tudo resolvido na hora, sem burocracia. A limpeza também merece destaque: tudo muito bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. Nos sentimos acolhidos e com certeza voltaremos. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo excelente serviço!

É um hotel bem 2 ou 3 estrelas mesmo. Para ficar um ou dois dias, é ok. Falta algum capricho na manutenção dos quartos e alguma modernização. Mas o café da manhã é ok, o atendimento foi muito bom, assim como a limpeza.
