The hotel is one elevator away from the Shopping Tamboré -very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious - typical of Brazilian hotels with rolls, Brazilian cheese bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. One issue I had (and that seems to be a common feature in Brazilian hotels) is that they do not have a room that accommodates a family of 4. I had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to give us the rooms next to each other, though. And they gave the second room for half the price - some sort of "family deal."

A ducha higiênica encontrava-se em condições inadequadas de funcionamento, apresentando um fluxo de água extremamente reduzido, assemelhando-se a um conta-gotas. Ademais, a porta do box estava danificada, não sendo possível mantê-la devidamente fechada durante o banho, o que ocasionava o espalhamento de água por todo o banheiro, comprometendo a funcionalidade e o conforto do ambiente.
