Hotel bem localizado! O hotel por ser muito grande, tem demora para o check in. A espera de elevadores também é demorada. Ótimo café da manhã, quarto espaçoso e banheiro satisfatório!Vale ressaltar que o chuveiro fica dentro da banheira e quem tem mobilidade reduzida pode ter dificuldade para entrar no Box de banho. Em geral o hotel atende muito bem as necessidades do hóspede.

É um hotel típico do centro de SP, bem localizado, com café da manhã muito bom incluído. O problema é o estacionamento que fica a 2 quadras do hotel em um local contramão, o que leva em torno de 20 minutos para o carro chegar. Em dias mais movimentados, 30 a 40 minutos. Preferi pegar o carro direto no local. No último dia, os funcionários pegaram o carro de um hóspede que não estava na recepção e demorou muito para descer. Resultado: ocupou a baia desnecessariamente, atrapalhando a vida de todos os que tinham solicitado o carro. Sugiro ao hotel que só busquem o carro de quem efetivamente estiver na recepção, se o hóspede não estiver na hora em que o carro chegar, que o retorne ao estacionamento. Falei isso com a recepção e fui solenemente ignorado. O hotel não pode permitir que um hóspede atrapalhe a vida dos outros hóspedes, e o pior, sendo conivente com isso. O hóspede não precisou esperar os 40 minutos como os demais, desceu e o carro estava na porta e, em contrapartida, outros hóspedes tiveram que embarcar malas na pista de ônibus de uma avenida muito movimentada como a Ipiranga.

Quarto estava sujo e mal cuidado, roupas de camas pareciam não estar trocadas, cama mal feita, cortina suja e ar-condicionado imundo, poltrona descascada, assim como tampo do vaso do banheiro. Chão também estava empoeirado. Frigobar desorganizado e sujo, tinha um milk shake utilizado não retirado. Fui para passar uma noite em conexão aérea longa com a minha família, estava exausta para reclamar e fazer a mudança, como ia passar poucas horas preferi descansar o quanto antes e não fazer a reclamação na portaria para não me desgastar mais. Sinceramente me senti em um caos e insegura, nao consegui dormir bem e sai o quanto antes do local. Sou usuária há anos do Hoteis.com e de outras plataformas concorrentes e esta é a minha primeira avaliação ruim que faço de uma estadia. Lugar insalubre. Não recomendo.

Venho registrar uma reclamação formal referente à minha hospedagem no DELPLAZA Excelsior São Paulo – By Monreale, cuja reserva foi realizada e integralmente paga por meio do Hoteis.com. Gostaria de iniciar ressaltando que esta não foi minha primeira hospedagem no hotel. Já estive hospedada outras vezes e, justamente por conhecer o estabelecimento, sempre o considerei uma excelente opção na região central de São Paulo. A localização é privilegiada, a limpeza sempre foi um diferencial e, por isso, optei novamente por me hospedar no local. Justamente por já conhecer o hotel, fiquei ainda mais decepcionada com a experiência desta vez. Compreendo que obras de modernização sejam necessárias e que possam gerar alguns transtornos temporários. No entanto, um hotel com aproximadamente 23 andares, localizado em uma das regiões mais movimentadas da cidade de São Paulo, com intenso fluxo de hóspedes durante todo o dia, não pode operar praticamente sem um plano de contingência para um serviço essencial como o transporte por elevadores. Durante minha hospedagem, apenas um elevador estava disponível em razão da modernização dos demais. O comunicado afixado pelo próprio hotel informava que o tempo de espera poderia chegar a 20 minutos e sugeria a utilização das escadas. Na prática, porém, a situação foi muito mais grave. No primeiro dia da hospedagem, o único elevador em funcionamento apresentou falha e ficou completamente inoperante. Hospedada no 14º andar, fui obrigada a subir e descer a pé

Este hotel fica bem localizado, porém, a avenida em que se situa, é muito barulhenta, inclusive de noite. Tem uma bar na esquina com música ao vivo que fica aberto até tarde, então, o aconselhável, é solicitar um quarto em um andar mais alto... No geral, é bom!

Hotel razoável, pelo preço não se pode exigir muita coisa. Café da manhã fraco. Limpeza mediana (poderia ser melhor), os manobristas demoram muito pra buscar o carro, mas o mais insatisfatório é o fato de ter apenas um elevador funcionando o que em horario de café da manhã por exemplo transforma em uma experiência bastante desagradável como ter que esperar 30 minutos para usar um elevador.

O hotel tem 80 anos e não está bem cuidado. Estava limpo mas não dá uma sensação de limpo pois precisa pintura e reparos. Nos dois primeiros dias só um elevador funcionando e uma espera de 20 a 30 minutos para se subir e descer os andares (hora do café da manhã sempre uma demora ). No último dia da estadia o único elevador que estava operando deu problema e tivemos que subir do café pelas escadas (do 3 ao 18 andar) e depois descer 18 andares com mala. Inadmissível tamanha negligência pois um dos elevadores tem mais de ano que está para ser trocado. O hotel ainda teria potencial mas é muito mal administrado.
