Great location, air conditioning, wifi, TV and shared laundry space. The only thing is to download the app to wash cloths took some time since I did not have a Brazilian Phone number. They have 24/7 guards at the door, and they are very helpful. Very friendly people in the area. We LoVE IT and will come back for sure. Family of 3.

Nice stay as usual

Property is walking distance of basically everything, includind a subway station. Apartment has a great view and it's confortable enough, but nothing extraordinary. Only complains are that the door keycode sometimes goes crazy and it takes a little longer to code in and open the door; also the FaceID system to let us in the building wasn't working for Charlie customers which caused delays and constant revalidations to access the building.

Location in center and near Metro/Shopping, staff, security at entrance and commodities are all good. What I did not like it was the apartment that Expedia selected. I selected an apartment with view of the main road and Shopping center (Ibirapuera) and Expedia allocated us in an apartment with the back view (horrible), near the lifts and store room, what was not correct. We arrived in night time and tired to claim about that. Expect that Expedia never do that again for me or other customer because we choose that apartment and price, only because the beautiful view to Ibirapuera Avenue.

Building just as described, security 24/7. Check in process a bit stressful, need to submit documents for facial recognition to enter. If you have guest coming they need to be registered to. Very clean, room was nice, had everything I needed. The only thing I was not aware of is the airport a mile away and plans landing over the hotel 6am-11pm and I’m a light sleeper so that was my sleep schedule. They should invest in window noise prevention.

The check in is terrible, if you need to communicate with anyone you need to wait ages until an assistant responds your WhatsApp request. There is no phone to call and no desk service, no receptionist, nobody to help you and the security guys are good persons but not trained to give us any instructions. The hotel is relying too much in AI and forgetting that we are all humans and may need assistance, and that sometimes guests are not Portuguese speakers. The room is not as clean as I would like: There was hair in 6the floor and a lot of dust under the bed and in the corners, awful for alergic guests! There was not a single brush to clean the toilet, and the kitchen supplies were not enough for 2 people. Because it is located near the airport that is a noisy area with airplanes passing very often, but that was expected. Apart from that, the apartment is nice and has a great view, gym and pool. It is also located in a good neighborhood, only one block away from a big shopping mall and a good bakery, walking distance to restaurants. The bed is comfortable and they provide toiletries.

O Charlie é ótimo, sempre tem o mesmo padrão. Porém nesse quarto, a TV ficava bem frente a cama, num suporte de teto. Dificultando a passagem, pra passar tinha q se abaixar e se inclinar pra frente, podendo bater na tv.
