if i would live in sao paulo, I would spend 30 days a month in this hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast, close to everything. tehre is even a great gym next door to hotel.

Nice but moisy

The shower was very good .but was put by the elevator and it made alot of noise when it would operate and was here on a friday night so music from the night ciub would echo on the buidings. The breakfast was exxelent as well

I stayed in a room with two single beds. I was given two room keys, but my booking was just for one person. I had a friend coming into my room over two nights, we went to a few bars but he didn’t stay with me. When I checked out I was told that I needed to pay about 50USD extra for having a guest despite the fact that he did not stay, and the room is indeed for two people. The air-conditioning was crappy, the single bed was far too small and uncomfortable. Very average hotel, and a very bad checkout experience, being charged extra money. What a rip off.

O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Há uma grande necessidade de renovação, limpeza mais intensa dos carpetes do corredor, instalação de iluminação central nos quartos. Mas o café da manhã funciona. O ar-condicionado funciona. Banho com água quente com boa pressão. Wifi funciona. Limpeza diária bem executada. Um pouco mais de investimento em infraestrutura e renovação e o hotel fica uma opção muito acima da média para a região. A equipe do hotel também foi super educada, pessoas que apesar do muito trabalho, tratam bem os hóspedes.

Só tenho a reclamar do banheiro, q está precisandode reparos. O vaso estava solto, as toalhas de banho velhas, com furos. O ar condicionado em boas condições, funcionando muito bem. Quarto silencioso e bem aconchegante. O café da manhã estava ótimo, bem diversificado, com pães e bolos bem saborosos. Vários tipos de frutas, sucos. Enfim, nada a reclamar.
