Property ok but staff is poorly trained and most are new and have no idea what they are doing. BAD MANAGEMENT. Do Not open a voucher for your expenses at the hotel, it is worthless as I found out in the restaurant. Prices at the restaurant OUTRAGEOUS ! I had a business meeting one afternoon with 2 business associates. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took them about 15 minutes to get us 3 machine derived coffee's and 2 about 7oz. bottles of water, cost $18.oo USD ! On top of that they would not charge to the room even though I had a voucher open for $150.oo... Included Breakfast ample but dining room overly crowded for breakfast. This hotel caters to large groups of group meetings. Staff at reception ill trained and always large amount of people trying to check in and check out, really slow they have no idea what they are doing. Other issues at reception also. Question? Would I stay here again, NO ! Too many other property's that are better in the area.

Hotel e equipe incríveis! Meu checkin foi com um rapaz muito educado e atencioso. Optei pelo quarto com vista pro bosque e me surpreendi com um lindo jardim florido e quadra de tênis. Meu quarto impecavelmente limpo e cheiroso. Toalhas eram trocadas diariamente e o café da manhã muuuuito maravilhoso. Eu amei. Fiquei até triste de ter que ir embora. Espero voltar em breve.
