New Excellent Hotel

The Hotel is great considering cost-benefit. The breakfast is very good, everything is new and the rooms are very comfortable. I recommend highly for a short business trip while also recommending it for couples and families.

A acomodação deixou muito a desejar. Jamais esperaria isso de hotel da rede Hilton. Já me hospedei em vários hotéis da rede e não tive problemas antes. As questões ocorridas com o quarto incluíram problemas de limpeza e checagem de limpeza e arrumação do quarto. Logo após o check-in, ao entrarmos no quarto, notamos que havia bebida aberta e parcialmente consumida no frigobar, derramando na porta, e o quarto não estava montado para o número de hóspedes contratados. Avisamos na portaria, trocaram bebida aberta do frigobar, sem limpar onde derramou, e só conseguimos os kits para completar o quarto (incluindo toalhas) no final da noite, ao retornamos ao hotel e solicitarmos novamente na recepção (já era a terceira vez e como o serviço de camareira já estava encerrado, só foi possível conseguir o que havia disponível na recepção). Descobrimos que houve uma “troca de quarto de outro hóspede” antes de nós chegarmos (não sabemos os motivos, só deixaram escapar que outro hóspede estava no quarto, foi trocado logo antes do nosso check-in e “ninguém avisou que esse hóspede havia consumido bebida do frigobar”). Ou seja, não houve limpeza ou checagem do quarto antes de nos entregarem as chaves do quarto.
