Mesmo sendo uma edificação robusta o conforto acústico é ruim , é possível ouvir portas fechando constantemente… Além disso atendimento restaurante para jantar foi muito demorado mesmo com poucas mesas a atender , atenção e cuidado ao tomar café / comer ( pessoas lavando pratos e talheres que fazem um barulho desnecessário para a ocasião ) No mais o preço é um pouco elevado

PONTOS POSITIVOS: Política de sustentabilidade. Mensagem no quarto de reutilização das toalhas, pulseiras de identificação reaproveitáveis com chip de leitura no restaurante. Sistema moderno de cadastro: Com CPF sistema busca todos os dados no .gov. Pratos executivos com ótimo preço (32 a 38) e deliciosos e bem servidos. Time dos funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. SUJESTÕES PROATIVAS: Cardápio mais completo (não tinha opção com massas e nem lanches). Interligação do comando dos elevadores, hoje são independentes: chama os 2 e vem os 2. Assim gasto de até 50% a mais de energia elétrica. Banheiro não tem janela externa. Deveria ser providenciado exaustão mecânica para saída dos odores. Revitalização geral: pinturas externas, verniz nas mesas de madeira, metais dos BWCs, etc..

A estrutura do hotel e as refeições são muito boas. A única ressalva foi a configuração do quarto, pois reservei um quarto de casal com vista da cidade e só havia quartos triplos, com cama de solteiro obstruindo sacada.
